Necks IMP specialises in the production of materials for electrical transmission lines from 0.4 to 500 kV, including HVDC systems (high voltage direct current systems), as well as components for railway electric traction systems. These materials include: poles, masts, cross supports, foundation elements, structural elements for railway redistribution station, materials for guy ropes and components for insulation chains. We have the necessary machinery to provide services.
THE PROCESS IN THE PLANT INCLUDE, AMONG OTHERS:
Cutting and marking of angle brackets, U-sections, I-sections and closed profiles on CNC machines, together with punching or drilling holes
Gas cutting of steel sheets on CNC machines
Cutting and bending steel rods and pipes
Forging and heat treatment of steel elements

Trial assemblies of steel structures, power poles
Installation of special ropes (e.g. guy ropes) according to customer’s instructions
